This is Olivier!

Monsieur Olivier Normandin to be precise, the one who claims these places to be his.

Originally from Bordeaux but now from St Kilda, hence the funny accent. He wants to call Australia home so much that he put his name on the door of two establishments in the suburbs of Melbourne and after only six years here has become an Australian citizen.

Chez Olivier is a reflection on his love for genuinelly authentic traditionnal and generous French food accompanied by some excellent wines both from his old and new countries.

On his business cards one can read "Frozzie RestaurEntrepreneur", so you may watch this space and expect some more!
